If the service is down
Production availability is monitored continuously from outside the application host. A sustained failure pages the operator within a few minutes, so an outage is already known about by the time you read this. There is nothing you need to do to report it, though a note with what you were doing always helps.
- Confirmed incidents are updated on this page, and material ones are emailed to affected accounts.
- Your data is unaffected by an availability incident: secrets stay encrypted at rest.
- Self-hosted installations are independent of this service and are not covered by this page.
